This kind of plate has a high density, making it most suitable for manufacturing drill bits.The drill bit plates we use are all made of national standard manganese steel Q355D plates. These plates have a high density, few impurities, and a long service life.
The bottom bucket teeth have different directions(inward,middle,outward) ,three directions in a group, The rest are all arranged according to this group. the specific quantity of the bucket teeth are different according to the different diameter of the bucket.
The cylinder is reinforced with coiled steel bars wrapped tightly around its outer surface, enhancing its structural strength.

The cylinder is equipped with wear-resistant strips forged from special materials of our factory, printed with the logo of Dazheng Yongye. Its wear resistance is three times higher than that of ordinary wear-resistant strips
